Before the move, I asked Mighty Movers to take special care with two items, one of which was a brand new dresser. That brand new dresser, was of course, the item that the movers destroyed while carrying it down the stairs. See attached pictures. The movers put a hole in the back of the dresser and tore off a leg. We were told that Julian, the manager, would "take care of it". We received estimates to repair the damage, and notified Mighty Movers several times to get reimbursement for the cost of the damage. They did not respond to any of our messages.
I have a Better Business Bureau complaint filed and they have not responded to them either. Do yourself a favor and do NOT trust this company or you will regret it. They will damage your furniture and then ghost you when you try to get them to rectify the damage. I do NOT recommend or trust this business!

Mighty Movers were Awesome! I hired them to assist with loading/packing my Uhaul truck for an out of state move. They arrived on time, helped to carefully Wrap/pack some of my larger more delicate furniture... and packed my truck extremely well- I had alot to fit on a 20’ truck and they organized the truck very effectively and made it happen. I would definitely hire them again.
