They were on time, well prepared, worked quickly and very helpful, and safely moved my furniture. And when rain delayed the move, waited with me. I'd recommend them and plan to use them again if needed in the future.

Julien and the team showed up on time. After a slow start, the pace picked up and boxes started to get loaded on the truck. I would have liked to see some more effort from the "skinny" guy with him standing around watching the other two guys work when he could have been moving some boxes that didn't require a 2-person lift.
There was an expectation from Julien about the weight of the furniture being less than 200 pounds. Since no comments were made on the website about heavy furniture they didn't bring lifting straps. The website thresholds for furniture are 400 and 800 pounds - and my furniture met the advertised thresholds. Recommend that website be updated to allow more detailed comments. Also recommend that the movers carry all their tools in the event they run into these issues in the future.
Overall, the guys did a great job and I would use them again.

The team of three showed up on time and got everything loaded within the two hours I had planned. They wrapped furniture carefully, disassembled as needed, and packed my container very well. I would definitely use them again.

675 sqft apartment (fully boxed up). Took 3 movers 3 hours (3 + 1 add-on). Lots of idle time standing around. They couldn’t quite finish loading everything. Left in a hurry, leaving my wife and I to load up the remaining stuff ourselves. #stressfulmovingexperience
