On time moved quickly and efficiently. They also handled som pretty heavy prices of furniture. The were nice and pretty easy to work with.

On time, a little delay on start time due to rain, but that was unavoidable. They worked diligently. They were respectful of our belongings, packing them with care and efficiency.

Harold and Nick did a great job getting things to fit in our pod. We had some exercise equipment that made it awkward to fit but they did a great job. Highly recommended!

They were good overall. My main complaint was that as the POD was filling up they should have asked me whether there were items that were a priority to be packed. Instead, I was informed that the POD was full and the footboard of my queen bed was left behind along with a desk. They acted like it was no big deal until I complained and said how could I put together a platform bed without this major component?! So they ended up fitting it in along with the desk. Otherwise, I only had one item damaged but I don't know when that occured.
