Kendall and Dave were awesome!
They contacted me with their ETA, and arrrived on time. Friendly, and ready to get to work, they assessed all that needed to be loaded. They quickly realized that we would need another PODS in addition to this one, and prioritzed the items that were most important for us have in this PODS. They worked hard, took great care with our items, and maximized the space in the storage unit. I'd gladly recommend Kendall and Dave.

Prestige Laborers were on time and ready to work. I had reserved them for 3 hours to unload my truck into my apartment and into a storage unit. I was told, when I originally reserved them, that if they did not use the full time that I would be refunded what was not used. I later learned that this mover had a different policy.
Knowing that they had been paid for 3 hours, they rushed through the unloading. Each box had been marked, but they didn't put them in the rooms marked. After 1 1/2 hours of labor, once moved to the storage unit, they began throwing boxes into the unit. As I attempted to direct them, they ignored me, stacking boxes wherever they could (not as directed). I told them that the way they were doing things, I would have to come in and reorganize in order to be able to get to the things I would need. He said, "Yeah, you will."
At 2 hours they told me they were done...the truck was empty. I tipped them, thinking that I would be refunded the last hour's fees. That did not happen. Their "policy" is that once reserved, even if they don't use the time, there are no refunds. THEY rushed to get through in 2 hours, even though I had paid them for a full 3 hours! They basically took $100.00 from me.
Also, the work was incomplete. The ropes and ties were still connected to the truck and blankets were thrown aside, but the truck was closed so that I did not see. When I asked what was a good tip, they laughed and said, "people always ask me that, and I say, $200,000.00 would be fine." It might pass as a joke, but since they stole $100.00 from me by not working the last hour, it was not funny. They left in a hurry to get out of town for the weekend.
When I went back into the storage unit I discovered damage to a bookshelf that they dragged across the truck bed, then across the concrete toward the storage while it was still holding boxes of books.
Do not use these movers. They do not care about the customer.
