I had a three person crew help out with my unload of uboxes. The crew supervisor was top notch and was able to offload all of my household items quickly and without damage. Furthermore, they moved a couch through a tricky hallway to the basement where another crew I had paid had given up. I would definitely use these guys again.

Alex and the team from Step by Step were absolutely flawless. If you’ve got a big job that includes heavy items as well as items that require handling with care, they are the team for you. They were on time, organized, communicative, and handled everything with care. I had a 26’ truck to fill and a 3 bed 4 bath townhouse with furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, and lots of fragile items. All the big items were carefully wrapped, and loaded, and the truck was perfectly organized to fit it all. I would 100% recommend them, and would definitely use them again.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.

How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
