The POD folks dropped the ball but the movers did not! They went out of their way to meet us at the POD delivery station and did a load /unload. Only scheduled an unload. The movers were professional. The dispatch answered our calls all night to help us as plans changed. Highly recommended!

I was so very impressed by the two gentlemen you sent us. They mad quick work of the heavy cumbersome items that we had.
Moving staffers took twice the time allotted, including 2 hours extra for travel time on top of that. I will never use them again. They were about as inept as the company that referred them to me but I won't get into that.

Can’t say enough about how hard my two movers worked. They showed up on time and were prepared to work from the very start. Communicated well regarding were goods should go and were obliging when things were found to be out of place. Moved heavy things upstairs like they were made of cardboard. Heaven for bid if I ever have to move again but I would definitely use hire a helper and feel very confident then I would get the same result .

Mike and Paul did an amazing job with out move! Not only were they fast and efficient, they loaded the truck strategically and when unloading, asked where we wanted things placed instead of piling it all into one room. They were careful with all of our stuff too. I would definitely recommend this company and if we ever move again, definitely going to use them! They were awesome!!

Helpers were punctual, friendly and worked hard. However, their loading of van was terrible. I told them I was contracted for 20 feet of a 27 foot van. There were metal crossbars to support the load. They didn't use the crossbars and used the entire van. In addition they put our mattresses at the very back and left space in middle. My wife had to crawl over the mattresses to finish loading our last minute items. Your helpers need instruction on loading vans! They are going to cost me hundreds of dollars in additional van fees!!

Will definitely be my first choice for future services. The only recommendation I would mention is considering allowing the customer to have a way of identifying and directly contacting the specific crew enroute to facilitate communication and security.
