They came without a dolly to use to transport my items ... that delayed them so I ended up paying for 2 hours xtra..the more more experienced guy was excellent, his helper was slower and not as motivated, he spent some time just waiting for direction, also was on the phone on personal calls a few times, actually out in hallway and got a little loud with a girlfriend arguing ...the team leader was amazing. I would hire him in a minute... he knew how to move a clients items, he fit everything I needed into a POD that was really too small for all my stuff..
Also we do not use our phones on jobs both gentlemen are single males we leave our phones in our cars while working we take our job very serious and tried to meet every expectation to our customer satisfaction I'm truly and sincerely sorry you felt this way also there are rules and regulations and senior citizens buildings you are not allowed to leave anything in hallways and elevators run 50 seconds slower then your average elevator due to Wheelchairs and disability

We WOULD recommend GOOD GUY MOVERS !!! The company was professional right from the first contact ... and we had several touch base phone calls prior to the date and time that we agreed upon. The Guy did did a very good job, Excellent. Thy arrived a little late,But went right to work. Worked hard and got the job done quickly. When its time to make the move I'll have them back.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
