The team of Good Guy Movers that I had to move all of my possessions from the storage units into my home were great. They were very upbeat and polite. They worked very hard on a hot and humid day. They went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely use them again. I would give them an A+ if I was asked to grade them. These guys worked so hard and they were so kind and efficient. They truly worked a miracle getting everything into the POD . They went out of their way coming a day earlier because we needed to see if everything would fit! If you are looking for well prepared, hardworking, respectful helpers, these guys are the ones to hire. My only regret is that since we have moved out of state, they wont be the men who help us unpack! Thank you for a job well done!!

First, let me say that the guys were very nice no issue there. However, they were not on time which was the first issue. My biggest issue was that they were not moving with any sense of urgency. It felt like they had intended to charge more than the 2 hours that were booked. It was painfully obvious that, that is what was happening. The move should have and could have occurred in 2 hours easily. Additionally, they provided rope which I was rather grateful for until I discovered that I was charged for it. My issue with this is that I was not given the option of whether or not I wanted to pay for it. Finally, they encouraged me to pay them directly for the additional time, which required a $10 credit card fee. In short, they got the job done but I would not use them again or recommend them.
We sent a 3rd Guy no charge because we've worked in your building before.We showed up at 9:50.am for a 10am start . Which we thought we were waiting for the pod to be delivered which was on The other side of the building .In our profile we have The rope Fee $5 .Even with a 3rd guy it took 2.5 hours .
The walk from your place to the pod was 200 yards which was never mentioned.also the Fee your speaking of was $5 for rope .reinburstment. ty best of luc

Our guys arrived early, and we got three for the price of two. They worked quickly but were very careful -- they got part of a sectional through a doorway with ease, whereas the movers we used when we moved in had struggled. At our new house, they tried their best to fit that sectional through a tiny opening, but it is just too big. They recommended I take off frame and feet, which I did, and sectional now sits where we wanted. Wish I could've used them for the full two hours, but my UHaul blew a tire so I had to wait for a repair. Highly recommend Good Guy Movers.

Good guys was great to work with from the beginning. Within about two minutes from putting in the request from hire a helper, I had a call from Joey confirming it. The morning of the move I received a call from Joey to let us know that they were stuck in traffic due to an accident and that they were running a few minutes behind. Once they got here they moved quickly And they packed the pods extremely well. They were all very nice and easy to work with. I would definitely call them again.

FABULOUS service. Punctual, super expedient, courteous and powerhouse strong workers who strived to give 150% of themselves every single second (no exaggeration) they were at our home. If you need movers, this is without a doubt the company to hire!!! Thank you Justin, Cody and Steve! You made our move sooooo much easier than we could have imagined.

The movers were only about 10-15 minutes late, not a big deal at the time. However, with three of them "working" they went over the two hours we hired them for by about 20 minutes and we were still charged for additional time. They took several breaks, smoking outside of the POD, probably not knowing we could see them from our kitchen window. They we respectable when talking with us but definitely not with our furniture or living space. The walls all along our stairwell were scratched and scuffed and damaged. My roommate and I are not professionals when it comes to packing a POD, hence why we hired what we thought were professionals. Upon the anxious arrival of our things, we were heart broken to learn just about every piece of furniture they had pack was damaged or ruined. Holes, gashes, scratches, crushed boxes clearly labeled "Fragile".. It was a nightmare. I would never use or recommend this service and will most likely be seeking legal action.

We spoke with crew the that went out to load your items and they advised that the load was mostly boxes and a couple of furniture pieces that were not wrapped as there were no blankets provided with your POD rental.
We did provide you free of charge with rope and an additional 3rd person to help minimize and reduce the overall time a
