The time of arrival for the pod kept changing so the movers had to adapt. The 2 we got were good but we had to provide the tie downs and my daughter had to do the tie down and supervise them somewhat

The two gentlemen that came were extremely helpful and accommodating to my requests. They did a fantastic job filling the truck as compact as possible as I requested (I'm charged by linear foot used). Unfortunately, they were late due to miscommunication with our address but they busted their butts to make up for it. This is why I deducted a star. I request two hours and they finished with about 12 minutes to spare!

OMG!! The BEST money we have spent! We moved our daughter to Harrisburg from Chicago. Kevin and John arrived shortly after we did and started immediately unloading our truck. Kevin and John took care moving her stuff from the street up to the 14th floor of a downtown building. Within 2 hours the truck was unloaded and we were off to dinner! Seriously after moving 3 college age girls this past month - this was the easiest move.

Even though we had a malfunction with the lift on our truck, these two gentlemen worked very hard to accomplish what needed to be done. They were awesome!

First crew came out on time and started loading, but one of the workers twisted his ankle and had to go to the hospital to get it X-rayed. A second crew was sent out and arrived about an hour later. They worked very hard and not only moved our heavy belongings with care, but also organized them very well inside the truck so that everything fit. They were very responsive and quick to send out a new team. Thank you very much.
