Trust me, you all don’t want my opinion. Let’s leave it at that.
Why hire us and lie about your size truck saying it’s 20ft and leave as we’re loading it up? You return 2 and half hours later to a finished truck after your pre-booked time is up. Sounds as if you wanted to see with what labor you could get away with given how you didn’t want to pay the extra time when it came to signing on the invoice. The invoice says hourly not flat rate regardless of how you want it to read.
If you only wanted 2 hours of work done and didn’t want to pay the additional time, we are more than happy to do that and even work with you a little as we do provide a “service”. However, loading a entire 26ft truck, driving your rental truck with liability at risk, unloading entire truck in your brand new single family home, through the pouring rain, and driving it back to the 1st location so we can get in our vehicle and go home, should at least warrant some type of empathy & rational. We are only human.

I had a great experience with Junkers and Movers! They did an outstanding job loading my moving truck. They were professional, efficient, and handled all of my belongings with care. Even though it was over 90 degrees outside, they worked hard the entire time and never slowed down or complained. Their positive attitude and strong work ethic made the move much less stressful. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

I couldn’t believe how much they were able to pack in a pod. They were all courteous and took care to wrap and use protective blankets to protect furniture. It was a pleasure to have them on site and I would use them again.
