Great moving unit for the 8ft. It looked brand new. I suggest updating the 16ft unit. The one I used showed a lot of wear and tear. Some holes could be seen at the bottom.

We've used 1-800-Pack_Rat twice now and have been happy with them. They were great about sending me a bigger container when I needed one.

Where do I start...problems from day 1. Save yourself some trouble and spend a bit more to get a better moving company.

So far they have just dropped off the pod, but it came on time and as described, the driver was also very nice to deal with and excellent communication.

Difficulty with scheduling exact times. Provided arrival windows and allowed for requested times, but otherwise made it difficult to plan and schedule while still having a work schedule.
