They handled a difficult time for us splendidly. My husbands mother passed and we needed to have some boxes loaded into a POD unit. Granted, they have a minimum requirement of 2 hrs labor (as pretty much all moving companies do) and the work was fairly minimal (11 boxes), we were happy to pay and SO APPRECIATIVE of their professionalism. The thing that sticks out about this business is the communication. They treated us with kindness, dignity, professionalism, and punctuality. Natural “problem solvers” and efficient movers. Couldn’t ask for better. Thank you so much for making this much easier on us!

The team did a great job during unloading the truck and arranging the belongings in storage. The only thing that should be reviewed for improvement is ensuring that sufficient people are available on the phone to release the payment after the team on the ground does their part. We had to be on the phone for more than 30 min with one dropped phone call and then again in another phone line before someone answered the phone.
