Two guys showed up and did not approach the job as professionals. They went to Stewart’s while I got the moving truck instead of starting to pack. My daughter said they made a few more trips to Stewart’s and one was drinking out of a paper bag. She thinks it was alcohol because he cried to her about his marriage. $600 later and we found new movers who handily did the job without gouging on the price. The new set of movers we hired just so happens used to work Happy Hands. They said Happy Hands hires anyone off the street with zero training. That was obvious. They didn’t return our calls after the job once they were paid, they didn’t care. Horrible experience.

I had 4 helpers for 4 hours. Upon arriving 2 of the helpers smelled like weed. The leader of the group was on the phone more than moving. There was one of the 4 helpers that was a 5 star employee.

What can I say? They were absolutely a phenomenal moving team. They came on time. They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They got the job done and the time allotted and all of our personal things were packed very securely without any issue and they made a moving day and day without all the hassle that’s usually involved if I could, I would give a 10 star review these gentlemen went above and beyond.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A text requesting information some may be repetitive but it’s for our records, to ensure the best possible service
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive we will make contact. We will do a walkthrough to get the lay of the land and ask questions.

If we are loading please delineate what is going or priority items. If we are unloading please stick around so that we can ask questions.
