I had ordered a 3 helpers that could move a small pool table. I was assured by your company that the mover assigned ARMS in Albany, NY would be able to do this. I contacted ARMS in Albany before the move and was told moving the pool table was no issue. On 8/26/22, the day of the move, 2 movers showed up( both were small and skinny), they told me they were the only crew and they do not move pool tables. this was at 10:00AM I had to be out of the house by that day. I called in a panic and the manager was able to locate a local company who got there by 2:00PM and did a fine job. I wish I could remember his name, but he saved the day for me and my family.

My two helpers arrived on time, unloaded my packed Uhaul into my home and had time to spare. I had 2 items on the truck going to a house 4 doors away. The helpers went with me and unloaded into that home as well.
And even though I didn’t expect it, Dot put together my bed!!

Once we arrive we will make contact. We will do a walkthrough to get the lay of the land and ask questions.
