Kevin and Amber did an excellent job of loading the truck and unloading the truck and packing it into a pod. They were very respectful of all the items that were loaded and unloaded. They new exactly how many hours it would take to get the job done without going over. Very hard workers! I would for sure use them again if needed. Thank you Melissa for all of the coordination. Colt, one of the workers, was one of the best movers I've ever had. Former military officer that I am, with over 16 PCS moves, he easily did the work of two people. Tyler was substandard even for a young guy obviously during a summer job. constantly on the phone. apparently one call was from a probation officer. I complained to Chris the manager/owner who called him and his performance still didn't approve. a two hour job with competent people was a five hour job. and they didn't even try to put a thin table top safely as the last item. it will probably be shattered. overall, not happy.

They were on time. They were not prepared for the job. They did not work hard. There WERE VERY respectful. I would NOT use them again. They took 4 hours to move me from a one-bedroom apartment to a one-bedroom apartment IN THE SAME COMPLEX. This meant that they charged double instead of the quoted price, which was tight since I am a teacher. Watch out; they will unnecessarily take your furniture apart, make you wait for them to go get the proper tools to take the furniture apart, and then charge you for that time.

I will never use or recommend your service again! I've used many moving companies in my past and I know what excellent service is about. Quality Movers LLC needs to change their name as my service was nothing but QUALITY. They first changed my start time by two hours. I ordered service by 8AM they called me a few days later and changed the time to 10AM. I didn't want to start that late as I knew the amount I needed to move. They convinced me. Then on the day of moving they called me around the time they were to meet me and said that their truck broke down. They had to travel from Albuquerque to Grants NM. They said they were at the Laguna NM exit. She said that she will meet them in another truck there to switch out trucks to buy them time. Turns out, I got a call from the owner an hour later and he said they are on their way. I asked how far away they are, he had to do a map quest and said "about an hour" I said "you're still in Albuquerque" he said yes. I said "why?" He said that they had to bring the other truck back to switch out. They finally arrived at 12:45 PM!!! They cost me valuable time and by the time they finished it was 10:15PM and they had to unload entirely in the dark! I agreed to pay for an extra man due to the amount of stuff they had to load, but the owner had a 4th man come help unload, he said he will cover his expense themselves. Wonder if that was the case as my charge was more than I signed off on. Not sure that happened as after it was all said and done my final bill was around a whopping $2500.00! Now, today we try to wash our cloths and find that he did not hook up the washing machine!!! I asked him if he would, he said he will. After all, other movers have done that for me (set up beds and hook up washer and dryers, right). Now I have to find someone to hook up my washer and it will cost me more. I would really like some compensation / reimbursement for this horrible and unsatisfactory service!!

All the Movers arrived on time (even early) and provided wonderful service.
Delightful attitudes and took care with our belongings.
Had them scheduled for 3 hours and they were able to get everything moved and in place in less than 2 hours.
They even moved our furniture a few times as we made changes to our room layouts.
