Brilliantly responsive and accommodating. This move was completed on very short notice and under a strict deadline. This move was complicated due to the fact that some property went to a POD and some was left to be moved to another location locally (requiring some decision making and discretion by Quality Movers, LLC) and largely managed long distance. Melissa and her team of workers were a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be more pleased!

I had used this company the last time I moved and was very pleased with their assistance then and this time was no different. The guys arrived promptly, were very courteous, and was even able to pack all my things into one UPack crate instead of two! I highly recommend these folks and will be telling all the other incoming/departing residents and fellows of how good a job they were. They were awesome!

PODs had computer issues, lost my account and the location of my PODs, never called me to assist me or offer compensation while they were charging me rent! I did all the calling for two weeks???? Never AGAIN ??

My sister-in-law dismissed the workers after just over an hour as she felt on of the workers was high from whatever and could not do the job. He was sweating profusely!

My originally scheduled movers did not show up and Quality Movers came after working somewhere else. They were courteous, respectful, and efficient. I’ve already recommended them to friends. Wish I could take them with me to unload at my destination.
