Basically, the team was great. Here are a few details regarding my move and then how they did:
My family moved out of a two story townhouse with a basement that we had lived in for close to 4 years (so we had some stuff). I rented a truck but the pickup randomly changed to a later time (most likely my oversight), the Maybaum team was able to adjust without an issue the day before.
The basics:
Were they on time? Yes
Were they prepared for the job? Yes (gloves, water, etc.)
Did they work hard? Exceedingly
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Exceedingly
Would you use them again? Without a doubt

Did a great job packing my rental truck. No damage after 900 miles on sometimes bumpy roads.

I was expecting an experienced crew who had packed pods 1000x—or so i was told. The young-i stress young—men who showed up were polite however, they did not use any of the ratchet straps that i provided of which there were 8. They did not shrink wrap anything nor did they use the heavy rope i provided. My pods do not arrive until September 6th—so I do not know what condition things will be in. And many things were left behind. They did not fill to the top, they did not pack a proper Tetris. I had other issues to tend to and I could not stand over them constantly. And i should not have to do so if this were an experienced moving crew.
