Keller's Movers is a family oriented moving company. We started the company in August of 2018, we are relatively new but have had great review. We offer crew sizes from 2-5 depending on what the customer needs for a job. Since we are a family oriented company we are able to offer our customers a very friendly crew that is there to help with any and all of your moving needs. We are fast, efficient, very friendly, and communicate with the customer every step of the way.

We hired 2 guys to help us unload a full 24 foot enclosed trailer with a full one bedroom apartments worth of stuff. They showed up on time, they brought an extra guy as thy had another bigger job after ours and the unloaded the trailer into the apartment in about 1.5 hours. They were friendly and worked hard. I would use them again.

We had a one-hour window for their arrival time, and they were there within 10 minutes of the start of that hour window. They came prepared to do the job that they were hired to do, which was to move the household goods out of a U-Pack trailer in a shipping yard, into a U-Haul truck and then into a U-Haul storage unit. Unfortunately, we underestimated the size of the U-Haul truck needed (not considering the height of the trailer) and so they had to make at least three trips from the shipping yard to the storage units to get all the household goods out of the trailer. This took longer than we had estimated, but the crew worked very hard and did not stop until they got all the items unloaded off the trailer and into the storage units. They were amazing and took really good care of all our stuff. Yes, we would definitely hire them again! The next time, we would request a larger crew, and schedule it for an all-day move to make it easier on them since there is so much to move out of the storage units.

Both Russell and Ben were very friendly, courteous and worked diligently to finish packing our U-Haul truck in well under two hours. I really appreciated the effort they took to wrap our furniture sufficiently. We are very satisfied customers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we are notified that we have a job we like to make contact with the customer. We will get the time and address details and find out if there is anything else we can do to make there move easier for them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our crews arrive on time, most of the time they show up early. We work hard and do whatever it takes to make sure everything is done that the customer needs. We stay until the job is done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure they have everything packed that they plan to take with them. Have a game plan going in this will help a lot on moving day. Having things labeled also helps that way things can be packed together and then it makes it easier when it comes to someone unpacking the truck as well.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves and we will travel long distance or do local. We have also done office moves. There are times we have been hired for a 2 hour job and ended up staying 12-14 hours because the customer has asked us to.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is the variety of people that you get to meet and the places you get to see. Everyday is a different place and different people and we like the feeling of helping make a stressful time in someone's life a bit easier by helping in anyway that we can.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My husband will take a new person their 1st day as an extra to see how they can do. we see what areas they need to work on and make sure we give one on one training to show them how to do things properly. We also listen to customer feedback good or bad that we can make sure we are providing the best service we possibly can.
