Keller's Movers is a family oriented moving company. We started the company in August of 2018, we are relatively new but have had great review. We offer crew sizes from 2-5 depending on what the customer needs for a job. Since we are a family oriented company we are able to offer our customers a very friendly crew that is there to help with any and all of your moving needs. We are fast, efficient, very friendly, and communicate with the customer every step of the way.

This review is for both Keller Movers (Altoona, PA) and Magnificent Mighty Movers, LLC (Harrisburg, PA). Despite having a very nice phone conversation with Russel from Keller Movers the day I schedule their service - and confirming that he was familiar with the area where I needed the service - THEY NEVER SHOWED UP on the day and time the service was scheduled. Not only did they not show up, there was no communication with them. I was unable to contact him. I left voice mail messages to his cell phone, but he never returned my calls. SO, I contacted "Hire A Helper," and was able to talk with Sergio. I explained that i was desperate and that I needed to get the U-Haul unloaded that day. Sergio apologized for the "NO SHOW KELLER MOVERS" and set to work locating a back-up. Within a couple hours, Sergio called and confirmed he had found a back up and that staff from Magnificent Mighty Movers would be arriving within the next couple of hours. Alvin "The Magnificent" and Brandon arrived ON TIME and set to work unloading some heavy furniture pieces from the U-Haul truck and carrying them to the second story apartment. They placed each of the items at the requested location in the apartment and made sure the job was complete. The apartment was newly painted and despite carrying the heavy furniture, there was not even a single mark on any of the walls. I enthusiastically give "BIG THUMBS UP" to Alvin and Brandon for "saving the day!" They are true professionals and I know they are valued employees at Magnificent Mighty Movers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we are notified that we have a job we like to make contact with the customer. We will get the time and address details and find out if there is anything else we can do to make there move easier for them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our crews arrive on time, most of the time they show up early. We work hard and do whatever it takes to make sure everything is done that the customer needs. We stay until the job is done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure they have everything packed that they plan to take with them. Have a game plan going in this will help a lot on moving day. Having things labeled also helps that way things can be packed together and then it makes it easier when it comes to someone unpacking the truck as well.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves and we will travel long distance or do local. We have also done office moves. There are times we have been hired for a 2 hour job and ended up staying 12-14 hours because the customer has asked us to.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is the variety of people that you get to meet and the places you get to see. Everyday is a different place and different people and we like the feeling of helping make a stressful time in someone's life a bit easier by helping in anyway that we can.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My husband will take a new person their 1st day as an extra to see how they can do. we see what areas they need to work on and make sure we give one on one training to show them how to do things properly. We also listen to customer feedback good or bad that we can make sure we are providing the best service we possibly can.
