Demetrius, Josh, Saul, and Darius were fantastic! Demetrius kept me informed from the beginning of contacting Iron Gate Movers, all the way up to the time they showed up to unload the truck. They were on time and prepared for the work. They worked very hard for the entire unloading of the truck. They were friendly, personable, respectful and professional. Not one item they unloaded was damaged. They definitely removed a lot of the stress of moving. I would not hesitate to book these gentlemen again in the future. I would hire them in a heartbeat!

They were late. One of the men's vehicle reeked of weed. They had no equipment. Ended up using new owners hand truck, which they had problems using.Excessively gabbing on cell phone.Damaged several items by trying to cart down steps when they should have been carried by hand.
The one gentleman was very good. Would recommend him. But the stoner dragged him down.

Customers can expect a stellar service from start to finish! From the initial contact til the moment payment has been made. We show up on time, fully equipped and ready to rock!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a courtesy call before the move starts, the crew arrives, takes a look at the home and does a pre check. That means checking around the house to look at the condition of the items so that we are on the same page. Then we bring in the tools and start getting the items ready for transport. In the truck the items get packed safely and securely to ensure a successful move. They can expect smiling and friendly movers because customer service and satisfaction is our top priority!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Everything should be ready for the upcoming move. Dressers should be empty, unless otherwise stated Items should be in a box ready to go TVs and appliances should be unhooked from walls and connectors Have your items being moved and items being discarded to be organized beforehand. Disclose all items of extreme importance and value beforehand
