I can't believe how awesome this crew was. We've hired several crews from this site over the last few years, and by far this was one of the best if not the best. They unpacked a 26 foot moving van and a 16 foot container -- that's 42 feet x 8 x 8 feet ... packed with stuff of varying shapes and sizes, weight, and delicateness, within the time window, and exactly as we'd instructed. If we needed to, they would've unwrapped and reassembled stuff for me, but I had that well in hand and prefer to do it myself. I know that these guys do it every day, but after dealing with some less than stellar crews in this same move, we're very, very happy with the service we received.

The actual people moving me were great but the company is terrible!!!
The day before the move which was to arrive between 12-1pm suddenly couldn’t get to me until 5-6. They didn’t arrive until 7:30pm and we finally finished unpacking at 10:30pm. I didn’t have time to switch movers and I certainly would have done it.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a stellar service from start to finish! From the initial contact til the moment payment has been made. We show up on time, fully equipped and ready to rock!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a courtesy call before the move starts, the crew arrives, takes a look at the home and does a pre check. That means checking around the house to look at the condition of the items so that we are on the same page. Then we bring in the tools and start getting the items ready for transport. In the truck the items get packed safely and securely to ensure a successful move. They can expect smiling and friendly movers because customer service and satisfaction is our top priority!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Everything should be ready for the upcoming move. Dressers should be empty, unless otherwise stated Items should be in a box ready to go TVs and appliances should be unhooked from walls and connectors Have your items being moved and items being discarded to be organized beforehand. Disclose all items of extreme importance and value beforehand
