My experience with Hire a Helper was mixed. I hired two people for four hours. Only one showed up, while the second man did not show. As a result, my daughter and husband helped out with passing boxes to/from the man who showed up. This is exactly what I did NOT want- that’s why I hired two men instead of one. Now my husband’s knee is injured and he’s been limping around all week, which has us both concerned. The man who did show up had a good attitude and was strong. Hire a Helper did adjust the invoice to reflect the time and number of movers, but I was disappointed that only one man showed up, resulting in my husband injuring his knee.
