2 showed up on time & 1 was 2hrs late which ran the unloading into overtime. They worked hard & fast but had to have labels read to them to direct them to appropriate rooms. On 2 occassions didn't estimate size of item through doorway & made a couple dings on the walls however didn't break any items so I consider that a win & successful move overall! Billing department took a while on the phone to reconfigure final charge!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The movers were 2.5 hours late. They did not have any tools despite being advised of what would be required. When I spoke to the owner he just said sorry they are on the way. When they did finally arrive. They just tossed my items in the POD which forced me to start making arrangements for items to not go in. I also had to wait for over an hour for one of the workers to get some tools. Because he was taking so long the other guys just started throwing my items in and said “I’m just ready go home to my family”. What’s worse is after they closed the door I was unable to reopen it. I called another Co. Georgia Packers and Movers Highly recommend. Who came and unlodged the door, unpacked the container and repacked the container INCLUDING THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT FIT THE FIRST TIME and properly wrapped my items to ensure they would arrive safely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
