We weren't watching them too closely since they had good reviews and we trusted them. We were just available to answer questions and know hovering can make people uncomfortable. However later we realized they left half or more of our furniture without furniture blankets despite finishing 30 or 40 minutes early. We provided extra furniture blankets just in case along with plastic wrap. There were 13 extra furniture blankets so there definitely wasnt a reason to be conservative in blanket use.
Otherwise our movers were very nice, showed up on time, and were very efficient.
