The unloading on 18 October at my residence by the two gentlemen were amazing. The time for the unload was sensitive and both guys did a good job meeting my expectations.

Showed up over an hour late. Furniture is scratched badly, didn’t use blankets that we provided. $12,000 brand new Natuzzi motion sofa and they stacked everything on top of it. Took the fill 6 hours and didn’t get it loaded; 3 bedrooms, 1 dining room, office and lots of boxes. Finished packing ourselves!

Is the movers arrived on time and were prepared with all of the equipment. They were careful with my wooden porch and did not pull the dolly up the steps. Instead They hand-carried everything into the house. They worked hard and fast and were able to place each piece into the perspective rooms. These guys got a big tip for me.
