Showed up 30 minutes late. We paid for 2 what we thought we would be experienced movers. What we got was one semi-experienced mover and his 15 or 16 year old son and his 11 year old daughter. Very respective kids but in my mind this could have been illegal considering their age. Anyway.....I did not expect much of the 11 year old and the older sibling was polite and hard working. I just think it's a bit unprofessional for a father to show up for a job with his kids. Also .....I estimated 8 hours and we finished in 5. They do not provide a refund for hourly labor beyond the provided estimate. Be sure to estimate low.

The two guys that came were about 1.5 hours late, but they communicated early on that they were going to be late. We were not upset. When they arrived, they got to work right away and worked hard for 3.5 hours. Never stopped. Took drinks while they were walking and never slowed down. They packed the truck strategically and safely.
