The movers were 1hr 45mins late for a 1hr booked job. They called us 3-4 times asking for clarification about the address, and after providing details for the location as well as live sharing my own location with them through iPhone location sharing, it still took another call from their home office as well as another 25 minutes of driving for them to arrive. After they did arrive, to their credit, they did shoulder through and complete the job, granted with an extra 4 of our own individuals pitching in to unload the truck working in small boxes while the movers only handled large items. They still asked for a five star review after all of this before they left (I only mention this out of sheer insult after the frustration of it all)
