I paid and tipped, because I don't want to leave anyone short, but I was disappointed in the service, regret hiring them, wouldn't recommend it, and won't use this service again in the future. I hired two movers for 2 hours. They arrived on time and we're personable, however they were lazy and inefficient. They felt that, once the van was full to their satisfaction, the job was complete and they could leave. I felt that I had paid for 2 hours and had plenty of moving still to do, even if it was just bringing furniture from the second floor to the first. I tried to tell them this, but they were not convinced and they left early anyway, with about 40 minutes remaining on the clock. The hour and twenty minutes of work that they did was just ok, nothing special or requiring of expertise, no great speed, extreme Tetris, or extraordinary organization in the van, and they left a water faucet dripping in the laundry room. No, I am definitely a dissatisfied customer. Don't recommend. But thanks for asking.

Ray & Matthew were amazing! Fast, friendly, respectful of my items and the properties I moved out of & in to, they did a wonderful job, I couldn't be happier! Despite a scheduling mix-up (I made changes that I guess wasn't communicated to them) they were great with communication and once they got here got right to work. I highly recommend Protect the Nest and will use them again for my moving needs!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer can expect a call and text for us after booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, customer should expect the team lead of moving team to give them a call with an ETA once they have coordinated with the team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items packed and if possible labled. At the very least boxes should be packed and dressers emptied.
