The arrival window for my movers was 1 hour long. The morning of my move, I didn’t receive any communications from them confirming when during that window they’d arrive. Half the moving team arrived 15 minutes late. Once on site, they did a good job — handled my furniture with care and packed the truck carefully. It wasn’t the speediest move though. The guys were friendly and polite. Overall, I’d recommend but would appreciate better communication on arrival timing.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer can expect a call and text for us after booking.

On moving day, customer should expect the team lead of moving team to give them a call with an ETA once they have coordinated with the team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items packed and if possible labled. At the very least boxes should be packed and dressers emptied.
