David contacted me via text the evening before my move (around 5:45 pm; movers set to arrive between 9-10 am) and asked me if I wanted to hire a third mover. When I politely said I didn't want to (because I didn't have that much to move), he said I was disrespecting his years of expertise and wasn't taking the job seriously. It was the night before I was set to move across the country, and I was trying to finish cleaning and packing. I had taken a lot of time and consideration in determining the number of movers and hours I would need to complete the job. David continued to send me text messages for the next three hours, and even threatened not to show up to complete the job because he said I was being rude and he didn't have time to "deal" with me (I was not responding to his messages because I didn't want to argue). He said he would only show up to the job if I called him to work it out, so I did. I was honestly confused about the issue and was stressed because I needed to use movers; movers I booked more than two months in advance! Despite the horrible communication before the move, they did arrive on time, and the job only took one hour. They loaded my moving truck nicely; but I'm not sure I would recommend them.
