Eddie Deary and Bryan Hart were the 2 staff members that loaded my household items into a storage container provided by 1-800-Pack-Rat. They were very professional, friendly and took such great care of my items. I appreciated their hello and they really did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with the service they provided in moving my items.

This round they loaded up a truck from a second story apartment. They arrived right on time, worked quickly, and carefully packed up the truck, securing all items well for the drive.
