David Reyes was the lead mover and he was incredibly rude and argumentative. It was like he know idea what customer service was. They packed all the light boxes first then left me and my two girls to move the heavy items on our own. So he basically left us hung out to dry as a customer. We had to spend additional money to have the heavy items loaded by real movers. He let us down period.

Our loading job was difficult because of the volume of boxes and furniture we were moving. Our movers, especially Brian, strategically loaded our 16' POD floor to ceiling to fit all of our items. They did a fantastic job and I would certainly recommend them to take care of your possessions and fully utilize your available trailer or POD space. We were very happy.
