I was very satisfied with the whole experience. First I had not used the service before and wasn't sure what I would get. The representative worked fast to find me last minute movers who showed up in less than 30 min after I accepted the bid. I was frantic because my originally scheduled movers that I had found on the Internet myself never called and never showed. The movers were curtious and worked really hard to get al my stuff in the pod. I was very pleased with the service and I would use them again.

They arrived within the arrival window they set, albeit near the end. They got started right away and worked hard incorporating well timed and short breaks. The obvious leader of the crew was professional and easy to work with; the helper was enthusiastic, but didn't always follow directions or look to comprehend particular moving related tasks as well as I expected - I think he may be challenged by the English language.

Morris was great at keeping us informed as to when he would arrive. We were worried we had rented a truck that wouldn't hold all of our belongings. As soon as Morris and Jeremy arrived they alleviated our fears and told us to trust them to get everything in the truck and they did exactly that. Even though we lived on the second floor and the temperature was over 104 Morris and Jeremy worked very hard and finished just under the 2 hours. Bravo to both of them! We definitely would recommend them.
