They were hard workers and they waited for me because I took longer renting the truck. However, they started organized and after a little bit they started throwing in my belongings - and of course, I did not notice because I was still packing in the apartment. They were only there for about an hour (after waiting a half hour) and left, even though I was not finished packing my kitchen items. I did not notice the time or else I would have asked them to stay and wait so they could help me with the kitchen boxes. They did leave a few things that I had to carry down. It was like they were in a hurry to get the heck out of there. When I went downstairs and opened the truck (I rented a 16´truck but had a one bedroom apartment), everything was to the rim of the truck just pushed in. Some things on top of others and the three items I gave them furniture pads for: my TV, the glass on my dining room table, and an Indonesian coffee table, were UNDER things, pushed against eachother WITHOUT the pads. The glass was on top of my sofa, which worried me since I was driving the truck half way across the country, it might have slipped or cracked.
When I started taking down the boxes, my back was hurting so I sent a message to the person I spoke to about the appointment, requesting more help and there was no response, even though I sent another message. I understand it was not their obligation to help me again, but it was very rude to ignore the message.
I also called the person that helped earlier, and they said they were far away and even though they were not busy, they were eating. (This, even though I paid for more time than they actually worked.)
They worked hard, efficiently, but I felt they were rushed and just threw everything in the truck to rush the job. I would recommend to have someone next to the truck to keep an eye on how the items are put in. I had nobody with me, so I could not have the luxury of making sure everything was organized.
They did, however, help me take apart the base of my IKEA bed, which was quick and I am aware it was not part of their job, so I do acknowledge their help with this.

These guys were professional, energetic, and did not dilly-dally. They came prepared to work, and were on time (even after I had to reschedule). They put everything where we wanted it, and didn't damage anything.
My only wish is this: since I mistakenly booked more time than was actually needed, I wish that I could have kept them around for some re-arranging, but I got the feeling that once the main job was done, they wanted to move on to the next job. I can't blame them too much for that, it's probably a bonus to them if they get done early.
I definitely recommend these guys. Just know that they work fast!

My two guys showed up on time. They were very friendly and polite. What a great start. They hustled and moved my stuff out of the truck and into my apartment quickly. My only concern was that one of the guys spent about 10-15 min. talking on the phone while the other guy was moving boxes out to take upstairs. I didn't feel that my time (that I was paying for) should be used to take care of his business on the phone. They did finish the work within the allotted time though. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for use but I would advise them to put their cell phones up. I would use them again as I feel that once they see this review, they will probably change their practice on cell phones. They seemed like they were conscientious about running a good business.

The guys were on time, with required equipment, and were very efficient. I booked for 2 hours and they completed the job with 15 minutes to spare. I would recommend them.

My movers were amazing! They were able to skillfully move all of my stuff stored in a 10x30 storage unit into a 9x28 trailer without any problems. I would highly recommend these movers to anyone.

I was extremely happy with the people who helped me move. They were professional, enthusiastic about making sure that my things were handled with care, they were curtious and extremly helpful to ensure that everything was placed where I would like them to be. They were punctual and again handled my things with great care. I would recommend that if your want to use a reliable, affordable and professional mover the company that I choose are among the best. I simply could not thank them enough for their quality service and professionalism. I was especially amazed because they moved my things to the third floor without elevators and were extremely careful to ensure that things were unloaded and placed without damage. I just wish I did not put off for a couple of weeks sharing this with others. Often times we forget to thank people when they do excellent work. Please let them know they are appreciated.
