They arrive very late. I unpacked most of the stuff myself. When they arrived they smelled like they’d been smoking pot. They hit both lights entering the front door several times. I wouldn’t use them again

I had a long -distance move and my containers were delivered late. I was able to easily reschedule the helpers 3 times. Finally, the containers arrived but I only had one day to unload.
The 2 young men, D and Derek, were wonderful. They arrived on time and got right to work. They took a quick tour so they would know the layout, then started to unload the moving pods. I was worried I couldn't get the 2 pods, an 8 foot and a 16 foot, unloaded in one day. Within 2 hours, D and Derek had emptied the pods.
Based on the service I received and how easy it was to reschedule,
I would definitely use Hire A Helper again.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
