They arrived on time and they were good at packing the truck. However, the work pace was extremelly slow and they had trouble lifting the heavier furniture pieces.

Two gentlemen showed up, carefully and cheerfully maneuvered a very heavy and large sleeper sofa out of one apartment unit and up a set of narrow stairs with two landings to a second floor apartment. They were professional and courteous. When hired, we set a time for mid-afternoon, however their earlier job ran over but they kept me informed (via cell phone) about new ETA through several iterations. When I have the need, I will immediately turn to this company again.

Today Lawrence and Matthew arrived on time with a wonderful attitude and began moving our furniture. My husband can't say enough about these two men. They were positive, efficient, and got every thing done in a timely manner. They had their hands full moving large pieces up and downstairs. They never made a mark on the walls or hardwood floors. We hired three guys to help us move across town. They showed up on time and were very curteous. When we discovered that the guys would not be able to move everything before their next appointment, they offered to return later to complete the job, which I appreciated. The lead guy worked hard, as did one of his helpers. The other was just 18 and had no experience. He moved especially slowly. I understand that the guys had two other jobs to do on the day we moved and needed to conserve their energy but, as a result, we moved only half of the 26' truck in 4 hours. We had to bring in additional help to move the other half of our house, which we did in 2 hrs. For more than $30/hr per mover, I believe we got far less than we paid for. I will not be using this service again.

We had a good experience. Floor and Bryan arrived an hour early and they were very courteous and worked hard. They were a good team and we're impressed with them. My furnitures were of an average quality and i decided not to pack them too carefully (only with padded blanket). They were fine during the move. In the future though, if i have a better quality furniture i would pack them more carefully with shrink wrap and bubbles etc in addition to the padded blanket) to provide more peace of mind. I am satisfied with the help and would recommend Floor and Bryan to others !

My movers (Carlos & Frasier) were early to the site and worked quickly and carefully to move all of my things from a very backed Budget truck in under 2 hours. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend them to others!
