HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE !!! Movers were hired to load 4 bedroom house to the 26 Penske truck. The following damage was made. 1) Leather sofa-bed got damaged while loading. 2) Movers were provided with 50 blankets, and were requested to wrap the furniture when loading into the truck but nothing found to be wrapped when offloading at destination, and 3 bedroom sets and dining got scratched all around. 3) 53" Samsung Flat-screen Smart TV was found laid on love seat with another goods loaded on the top up to the roof of the truck, and got a screen damage. Ratchet straps were provided as well but nothing was strapped. We've requested S & L Express to reimburse us at least for a damaged TV but claim was rejected. Currently trying to file a claim through HireAHelper. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Everything went very well! They were very nice, packed the POD well and were very efficient. One complaint I had was at the end. I was not happy with how our dining room table was packed in the POD and I expressed that concern but it didn't matter. We ended up rearranging the table so that it was secure as it is a very important table to us. Overall, they were very great and I recommend them as movers. I just wish they took my concern for my table in consideration and packed it more securely rather than just up against the POD door with no blanket covering it.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
