The crew did a good job packing the cubes. They were fast but did not use the furniture blankets we were told to rent to protect the furniture. Due to using the pods that I used, I had to purchase blankets (24 blankets). I had shrink wrapped a couch and love seat when they said that was all that was needed. I would have liked to see them use the blankets under the couch that was packed on its side to protect the furniture from rubbing against the floor of the cube. I told them several times to use the blankets but they used only a few. I had to reopen the pod and wrap the blankets on furniture and even had to lift my love seat so that we could slide a blanket under it to protect it. I stayed out of their way but not the next time, provided my furniture arrives undamaged.

I'm so sorry- I wanted to be able to leave a good review, however I believe these guys were in over their heads. First, they were three hours late. I had friends who would have been able to help things go a little faster, however because the movers arrived so late I lost my helpers. Additionally, the guys came with NO equipment: no tools, no dolly, no straps ... Fortunately my apartment complex had luggage carts and I happened to have furniture sliders so we used those. I have a large buffet with a marble top - they actually dropped it. Not thing broke but they did not have the right equipment to move anything. I ended up paying for an extra two hours because it went so slowly having to move this way. They were so nice, they worked hard but they were not the epitome of professionalism. It was like having my next door neighbors come move me instead of a professional moving company. It was extremely stressful Again, they were super nice and hard working, this company is just not ready to compete with a large professional moving company.

We requested them to come a day early because of early delivery of our POD. We did this at the last minute and they arrived within an hour. No hesitation - just "We would be happy to help you." They were very careful with our furniture and our home, including carrying some very heavy furniture up a very tricky stairway. We have already re-hired them for unloading of a second POD.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
