The movers were courteous and efficient. I would reclonnend this company again. Very pleased!

$65/hr/worker was excessive; I could hire 3 @$20/hr with more planning, as they had no unique skill; workers 30 minutes late; friendly, respectful; damaged 3rd piece of furniture moved, by letting hutch door fly open and hit concrete; initial reservation 0% high touch as was 100% high tech(on-line) so no questions; main phone didn't answer, mailbox full. Disappointed 1st time customer.

Showed up on time and packed the POD really well. Only concern I have is that they packed heavy boxes on the back of my chair, which is all fabric. I won't know for a couple months if the fabric is permanently stretched.

Derek and the other man (sorry I forgot his name) on the job were very curtious, contientious, and aimed to please. I liked the way the men kept in touch throughout the morning to give me an accurrate time of arrival. They finished easily 15 minutes early even when having to repack more than half the truck when I had to run out to get blankets as PODS did not deliver what I had purchased from them. I would use them again.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

We handle any local moving needs commercial or residential
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
