The company had a two hour drive to my location and arrived 1 1/2 hours late. I schedule the unload to start at 10:00 and they called for GPS direction at 9:50. I called to check on them at 10:45 and that was the first I found out they had the long drive. My opinion is if they had a 2 hour drive they should start driving 2 hours before my start time.
I had to turn a truck in that afternoon and drop furniture off at Salvation Army. All was planned prior and I was able to return he truck 10 minutes before getting charged for an extra day.
As for the unloading of the truck it went fine. everything was put where I wanted it and the guy stuck with going up the stairs faired well to the end.

The team was punctual, hard working, and very polite. We had one small piece of mahogany veneer pulled off a buffet, but I believe it can be easily repaired.
I look forward to using them again very soon.

One of the 4 movers I hired had car trouble, so they ended up adding another couple of workers to get the job done. My truck was well packed with barely an inch of space left and these guys didn't quit until it was done. I definitely recommend them.

Prompt with phone calls, responses, and scheduled times. Arrived on time and completed the job right on time.
Hard working, did not take any breaks, got in, got it done, and was professional.
Listens to what you have to say. I told them at our first conversation I was worried about my china. First words uttered after introductions, "I know you're worried about your china. Show me which boxes they're in."
Friendly, polite, and I felt comfortable as a woman having them in my home.
