They did a great job! They were on time, courteous, & worked hard. Don't ask me how they managed to get everything loaded into the POD. It was like a giant game of Tetris! I would definitely use them again.

They were a little late but came prepared and worked hard for the whole time. I had scheduled 2 loaders and they had brought 3 so that was a real plus. As they unloaded furniture they would point out to us any damage or breakage which there was on 5 pieces due to improper loading. I would use them again.

Tough call. First half of the truck was packed expertly, but the 2nd half was more haphazard. Crew stacked a love seat on top of an antique entry table. The weight of the love seat caused the legs of the table to separate from the base. Wooden bed tailings and plant stands were carelessly tossed behind mattresses. Wrap was provided and most items were properly protected. It became obvious that the crew was running out of steam as this was their 2nd or 3rd move of the day/. Boxes towards the end of the truck were not secured and a couple fell during the 8 hour drive. Fortunately nothing was damaged. I took photos just to be on the safe side. If the last half of the truck had been done as well as the first half, I would have left a better rating.

Steve, Aladdin and John were exceptional. They were professional, worked quickly and tirelessly, and were careful with our furnishings. They even went the extra mile in moving an item twice at my wife's request. I heartily recommend them to everyone. Great job, guys! -- Ray Farrow

The crew were thieves and my belongings were packed as if by gorillas. Much of my furniture has suffered damage with gouges, broken legs and rips in the fabric. My dining room table is so badly damaged from gouges and scratches, I have no idea how to have it repaired. It look s if someone took a hammer to it. The legs that were once on a dresser have disappeared, and the majority of my kitchen, dining and bar glassware and dishes in boxes clearly labeled "FRAGILE KITCHEN GLASSWARE AND/OR DISHES" are BROKEN due to having boxes labeled "BOOKS" and other heavy items being placed on TOP of them. None of the boxes were loaded with any care or attention. None of the crew gave any concern to the labels therefore no care was given. They spent time to wrap a $5.00 metal ironing board in a blanket but did not use any effort to protect an antique dresser. Now to the stealing....I went out of my way and out of my pocket to provide a snack for a crew that did not show up with so much as a bottle of water between the six of them. I purchased a case of water and a case of Cheez-It crackers and put it on the island in the kitchen. I informed them the water and crackers were for them only and NOT to touch anything else on any of the other Kitchen counters. And I pointed to all the counters making a point for them NOT TO BOTHER anything else. I had a travel bag for my husband and I with food in it for the road which I said not to disturb. After the crew was working for a few hours, I went out and purchased sandwiches for them with MY OWN MONEY because again, they didn't even show up with so much as a bottle of water. When I returned to give them the sandwiches I PURCHASED, I discovered not only did they go into my travel bag and eat all the snacks I had purchased for my husband and I which I told them was NOT TO BE TOUCHED, they also raided all my cold water OUT OF MY REFRIGERATOR. Who in the hell do they think they are to go into my refrigerator without permission??? They drank every cold bottle, leaving NOTHING for me and my husband. I left water out for them and not one person was smart enough to think if they take a cold water out to replace it with one from the counter. They were very sneaky about stealing they waited until neither my husband nor I were in the kitchen because THEY KNEW they were not suppose to touch. Eating food that I did not offer and drinking water from my refrigerator, which I also did not offer is considered THEFT. They took liberties which were not to be taken. I thought I was doing something nice by buying their lunch and they took advantage of my kindness by stealing. Stealing from me on top of breaking my valuables was adding insult to injury. Not only will I never use this company again I will not recommend A Touch Above to anyone. I am very unhappy with this service. How can you make this right?

I could not be happier with the three gentlemen who helped us . They were extremely hard-working and never took a break! They were respectful, professional, and down to earth people. I would recommend them to anyone!
