I live in an 1200 sq ft home (2 BR 1 BA). Our couch, all appliances stayed with the home. It took 4 movers from A Touch Above 5 hours with a significant amount of my help to load my pods. I had hired them for 4 hours. I felt this was unreasonably slow and that they were "milking the clock." They came well prepared for the job, but were slightly late to the job. I felt 2 of the 4 did not exert full effort, the other two were hard workers. They were respectful of my property. I would not hire them again, because I feel four adult men should be able to load a couple of pods in 4 hours. Compared with other moving services I have hired in the past these guys were a lot slower. I have had a total of 10 moves in my life, so this is not new for me.

They where 2 hours late and I had to call to find out why they had not shown up. We had hired 4 workers, only 2 of which really worked hard. The other 2 goofed off and were making jokes and laughing all day. Very unprofessional!! I would not recommend this company.

They had a flat tire so that delayed them, but once they got here they helped me load all the large items. I will use them again to unload. Thanks guys...I appreciate all your hard work. Be safe out there.
