Mel, Jay, and Norman were on-time and worked extremely hard throughout the 2 hour time frame I needed them for. We needed help in unloading the contents of our Pod into our home, and they did so with energy and teamwork. Everything went smoothly.
Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for moving assistance. I appreciated their professionalism in getting the job done, and for informing me when my time was up to avoid additional charges.

Andre and Chris arrived promptly. We had concerns that our belongings would not fit in the 16’ pod. They advised us to relax, everything was in their hands. These two gentlemen were amazing. Not only did everything fit, including our bicycles, but they had room left over. They worked methodically, maximized space and did an outstanding job in record time. Thank you for a job well done. Highly recommended!!!

Nayquhon the manager answered my text and called me at 9:45pm previous night when I was having an issue — abs tested him .. off hours he responded .. that’s service !
Following morning he followed up with me and sent his guys .. Jay and Mel .. who went above and beyond our expectations.. they did an incredible Job packing all our stuff for a long distance move into one pod.. 3 bedrooms - outdoor furniture , bikes , my full kitchen, toys , books and everything in between .. everyone in my family was skeptical and criticized my overestimating the Size of the pod.. but Mel and Jay made it happen .. maybe sounds odd to say I love ?? them but I really do for being truly amazing people .. what a pleasure to work with professionals.. highly recommend this company !! My movers were incredibly friendly and hard working. They turned around after their last job for the day to help me out, so I really appreciate their dedication. They didn’t complain when my super turned off the elevator the day I was moving out. This review is really hard to write.
THAT BEING SAID: A lot of my furniture was packed improperly and damaged, a bookshelf was completely destroyed. Boxes that were marked heavy such as cast iron and book were placed on top of boxes marked fragile, essentially crushing them. They were incredibly nice guys, but very careless with my property.
