Huge call out to James, Frank, Manny and Ricky for an absolutely fantastic job!! These guys are hard working, professional, and handled our belongings with care. They loaded and secured two 16- foot PODs quickly and efficiently.

Arrived on time and performed well. The low rating is for the fact they twice overloaded their moving dolley causing boxes to fall, breaking the contents. Besides this, I was satisfied.

The were suppose to show up at 5 but showed up at 6:30pm. We had booked them to unload our truck.
He called me telling me that he was running late and would be there by 5:30pm but showed up at 6:30. When they showed up they were all very tired. Good thing we had already unloaded 3/4 of the truck on our own.
Since, we had completed most of the work, they just helped us moving some of the heavier stuff inside and were done in 1 1/2 hour. I had booked and paid for 3 hours. I called the company and they would only refund me 1/2 hour. Poor service.
I did use the same company for loading - and was much better. This time around I feel like I got ripped off.

Called and advised that they were running a little late. After arrival got working and filled up a 26 foot truck in the allotted time.
