The men that showed up were onetime and professional. They introduced themselves and immediately got to work. The men who showed knew how PODS should be packed properly. Great guys. Showed up a little early, and that in my book is on time. They even thanked me for helping them. The only issue was the phone estimator. He said it would take a certain time. I had no problem paying the extra time. Only superheros can move furniture by themselves. Thumbs up in my book.

David and Jevon did an excellent job moving our stuff from the house to 2 PODS. They carefully wrapped our things in blankets and plastic wrap and gently placed all the items in the PODS to make sure that nothing moved during the transportation of the PODS. In addition, they worked hard continuously for 8 hours. I highly recommend them.

This company came to pack our POD twice. The first team that came was on time, respectful, prepared and worked very hard. They moved some very heavy pieces of furniture without complaint. However, they did damage molding and a doorway. As they packed our POD, I asked about securing the contents (per POD directions) and was told it wasn’t necessary because it would be packed so tightly. When they finished, my couch arm was hitting the door before transport (and potential shifting) and the POD was NOT packed tightly.
After communicating with the company, they sent a second team the day after my call. These young men were prompt, polite, well prepared and did an amazing job re-packing our POD. Our property was secured, tightly packed and we are very confident with the job they did. They could not have been more pleasant and respectful.
We have to take a star away from our rating because of the first experience, but the company did correct the problem promptly and without any hassle. If it wasn’t for the first packing, we would give them 5 stars. We would definitely welcome the second team again.

The two guys who helped me move into my apartment were beyond words amazing! They were able to help me with all the heavy items up the stairs and did so in less than 2 hours. They were cheerful and truly concerned with keeping my items safe from any damage. They were wonderful and highly recommended!
