The movers were on time and worked hard. However they waited until the end of the three hours to tell me that roughly 1/4 of my belongings would not fit in the POD that I had been assured was large enough. I had to scramble to get a U-Haul as I needed to empty the house before my closing that was scheduled for the same afternoon. A little more transparency would have spared me this last minute stress.
