I used this moving company recently, and unfortunately one of my most valuable items went missing during the move — a Shure SM7B microphone. I checked all my boxes carefully and it has not turned up. This was very disappointing, as the microphone is expensive and important for my work.
I cannot say with 100% certainty what happened, but it left me with the uncomfortable feeling that it might have been taken during the move. Either way, the company did not provide enough care to ensure my belongings arrived safely and completely.
I hope they take more responsibility in the future and handle customers’ property with greater accountability.
