These guys were very professional. They helped me load a 2 bedroom apartment into a 16' POD container within 3 hours!
My POD traveled from the Midwest through the mountains all the way to the east coast. I'm all unpacked now, and not a single thing was damaged. It was packed tight, and they did a great job! Would highly recommend them!

Pack Mule Moving labor helped us out when our movers from U-Haul moving labor help showed up, left to "go get something", and then didn't come back. I called the company and they were able to come out the same day. They were friendly, efficient and were able to move everything out of our 26' truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers!

The company didn't communicate well as far as arrival time. They did arrive in the correct window. They were unprofessional and though nice one was stuck with more work burden than the other. The lead spent a great deal of time smoking or vaping instead of working. It took them twice as long as it took the people to load the storage container. If my family hadn't also been unloading it would have gone even longer and they didn't seem to care. They were lazy in their work ethic but kind in their words. I would try someone else next time. They did get the job done and they didn't mistreat my belongings too badly (thankful that they were being watched over by my family who spoke up).
