We have used this company twice thru rent a helper. They are magnificent as is the the company rent a helper. Whenever another situation arises and extra help is needed, we will specifically ask for Pack Mule as we did our second time.

Since I am not from the area I didn't know what to expect. They were on time as promised and had me finished ahead of the time allotted. When I unpacked 2100 miles later their loading skills were evident as I had hardly any shift in my load. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them.

Timely, friendly and meticulous service. Attention to detail was very obvious. They wrapped intems in moving blankets, and secured items on truck to prevent any load shift while in transit. Excellent team.
