The guys did a wonderful job. Company was in touch before the move making sure everything was still good for the appropriate day. Was called when the movers were just a few minutes out, gentlemen were prompt, very careful with my things, and always confirmed with me if they had questions regarding placement of furniture or boxes. We're scheduled to move me from 8am-10am, didn't show until 2pm. The lady in the office extremely unprofessional- no one reached out to me. I had to contact Hire a Helper who contacted them, and only after that did someone from A &M speak directly with me. I don't understand how you don't communicate with someone when you're scheduled to arrive between a scheduled window- totally unprofessional wouldn't recommend A&M Friendly Movers. I will add that it wasn't the actual mover who arrived fault, all three of them were pleasant, and worked hard, but the administrative side were awful.
